Defining Call Routing Rules

In this chapter you can find pages that help you to configure the different call routing rules according to your aims. With defining the call routing rules, you can achieve that if an extension is busy or your colleague is not available, after a while you can make the calls forwarded to a voice mail, to another extension or to an exterior number.
