What is a WebRTC?

WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communications) is an open sourced project introduced by Google. It makes it possible to have real-time communication via Javascript API. It enables browser-to-browser applications for voice calling, video chat and file sharing without plugins. WebRTC uses a server called Web Conferencing Server connected to a STUN server. It requires to provide an initial site and connections should be synchronized between the endpoints of WebRTC.
