How can I import an appointment list?
First of all, you need a Microsoft Outlook account. After you have logged in, you need to create a contact list and an appointment list. Each appointment has to be assigned to one contact at least.
After launching Ozeki Auto Reminder, click on the 'E-mail' tab then select the 'E-mail settings' menu item. Here you need to provide your e-mail address that contains the appointment list. This e-mail address will be shown as a sender ID in the sent messages.
Having done these steps, you need to click on the 'File' tab then choose the 'Import from Outlook...' menu item. After that, all information of your appointments added to your Outlook account will be loaded. If the importation was succesful, the appointments will appear on the home screen.
How many reminders can I send simultaneously?
The number of simultaneous reminders depends on you Ozeki Phone System XE license. It means that you can dial/send as many simultaneous voice calls/SMSs/e-mails as your PBX allows.
Can I schedule the reminders?
Yes. You can specify that how many hours before the appointment the reminder should be sent.
For this purpose, you need to enter this time on the 'Setting' > 'Reminders' panel. You can personalize the reminders using some important parameters as well.
What is my sender ID?
The e-mail address that you have specified before you started to use Auto Reminder.
