How to Blacklist callers

This page is going to inform you about call blacklists: what they are used for and how can you use them in your Ozeki Phone System XE network. If you are a team leader who intends to prevent the employees' chitchatting during the work hours, or if you want to block incoming calls from some external numbers, this page will surely help you.

Call blacklists are lists of phone or extension numbers: the calls initiated from these numbers will be blocked. For example, if you want, you can blacklist Extension #1001 for Extension #1002. In this case Extension #1001 will not be allowed to call Extension #1002. But for Extension #1003, where there are no restrictions, all the calls are free to be made (Figure 1)
