  1. first you must log in to your phone's configuration utility
  2. click on the "Registration" tab, and under "Registration 1" modify the parameters
  3. click on "Core Configuration" tab. Under "Audio Processing" modify Codec Preferences
  4. click on "Submit" to save the settings
  5. now the phone is ready to make calls

  • choose Connections from the menu
  • choose Extensions among the menu items
  • click on the "Install" button
  • fill out the form with the user data
  • press MENU on the Polycom IP phone
  • choose "SIP settings"
  • provide the same user data that you has provided in the menu
  • enjoy high quality multimedia VoIP calls with your Ozeki Phone System

To connect all the IP phones to your Ozeki Phone System PBX, you just need to repeat this process with each device. After having done this, you can also make further, advanced configurations (ring groups, call recording, call monitoring, call queuing, etc.)
