How much it costs to get an IVR?
It costs nothing. You can download its installer and source code absolutely free. Ozeki Broadcast By E-mail (and the other example program as well) can be used and modified freely under certain conditions.
For using Ozeki sample programs, you need an Ozeki Phone System XE. In order to unlimited usage you should buy an Ozeki Phone System IP PBX license. The license you have bought determines the number of simultaneous emails/calls/messages concerning to these sample programs as well.
What do I do in order to build my own IVR application?

Download and install Ozeki Phone System (Click here to download)

Download and install IVR example project (Click here to download)

Install a new API Extension in Ozeki Phone System. For this purpose, you need to click on 'Install new' button on the 'Extensions' panel then select 'API Extension'.

Install a new VoIP Provider or PSTN devide in Ozeki Phone System. For this purpose, you need to click on 'Install new' button on the 'Outside lines' panel then select 'VoIP service provider' or 'PSTN device'.

Now you need to configure the routing rules: set up that the e-mails coming from the API Extension will be transferred through the Email service provider.

Having done these steps, you need to install SIP accounts for the operators in Ozeki Phone System then configure their new SIP account in their softphone or desktop phone.

Start Ozeki IVR Studio and create your own menu system.
