In order to use Ozeki Broadcast By Email, you need an Ozeki Phone System installed on your PC. Installation is really quick and easy, just follow this step-by-step video guide.

For using Ozeki Broadcast By Email, you need to install an API Extension that can be used to accept a client connecting through the Ozeki Phone System API. By using the API, you can easily integrate an email broadcasting solution into your communication system. Watch the following video guide that presents how to install the API extension quickly.

Note for routing rule configuration: In case of Broadcast By Email, you need to send the calls to an Email Service Provider.

Keep in mind:
After you have launched the program, you need to click on the 'Settings' menu item then specify the ID of the API Extension that has been created previously in Ozeki Phone System. You also need to define an e-mail address as a sender ID (Figure 1).
