For using Ozeki example programs, you need an Ozeki Phone System XE. In order to unlimited usage you should buy an Ozeki Phone System IP PBX license. The license you have bought determines the number of simultaneous emails/calls/messages concerning to these sample programs as well.
Can I monitor the call centre work from a remote location?
Yes, you can connect to Ozeki Phone System from a remote location. For this purpose, you need to open the number 7778 port on your firewall, where the your Ozeki Phone System has been running as well. After that, any agents you have connected to your Agent Dialler or Broadcast By Phone applications can be monitored and managed using Call Centre Manager.
